Ce projet d’architecture commerciale consistait à aménager complètement un restaurant de type bistronomique d’une surface de 210m2. L’architecte d’intérieur qui s’est chargé de la conception du restaurant devait inscrire l’espace cuisine dans l’environnement dans une logique de transparence. Il a ainsi créé une cuisine ouverte en plein cœur du restaurant en jouant sur les matériaux.

This commercial architecture project involved the complete fitting out of a bistronomic-style restaurant with a floor area of 210m². The interior architect responsible for the design of the restaurant had to integrate the kitchen space into its surroundings in a spirit of transparency. He therefore created an open kitchen at the very heart of the restaurant, playing with materials to achieve this effect.
